Orange Spice Cranberry Sauce

Simple cranberry sauce recipe.

What you’ll need:

1 c Orange juice

1 c Sugar

1 12oz package of cranberries

Spices:  Cinnamon sticks, whole clove, whole allspice

Orange zest

I put the spices (however much you want) into cheese cloth and tie it.

Put spice bag into orange juice on the stove.  Bring orange juice to a boil.  (I do this slowly, so the spices have more time.)

Dissolve sugar into the orange juice.

Add cranberries, bring to boil again.

Add as much orange zest as you want.

Heat for about 10 minutes, cranberries will start to pop.

Pour into container to cool.

I printed free labels I got here: http://blog.worldlabel.com/2011/bottle-labels-for-your-apothecary-products.html on a lightweight fabric.  (Spray glue the fabric on card stock, print in printer, peel off, spray glue and stick on jar.)

Happy Thanksgiving!

Wall jewelry holder I made today.

I saw someone post a Harry Potter wreath they made on Craftster and I loved it so much I had to make one for my house.  I love how it turned out, even though I spent way too much time choosing the parts of the book I wanted.

PS - It’s from the Prisoner of Azkaban if anyone is interested. No?  Ok, forget it then.
